Step-down transformer
Buck transformer, also known as Buck transformer, is a transformer that converts a high voltage at the input end into a relatively low ideal voltage at the output end so as to achieve the purpose of Buck transformer. Its characteristic is the output voltage is lower than the input voltage, it has the effect of reducing the voltage.
Booster transformer

Step-down/step-up transformer
Buck/ Boost transformers are also known as Buck/ Boost power transformers. Its characteristic is that when the input voltage is higher than the output voltage, the transformer works in the step-down type, and when the input voltage is lower than the output voltage, the transformer works in the step-up type. Step-up transformer and step-down transformer in the structure of the difference is: wire diameter is not the same. Charge pump transformer

Positive type transformer

Half-bridge transformer
Half-bridge transformer is composed of two power switch tube half-bridge, suitable for high-power power adapter. The operating principle of the half-bridge transformer power adapter is very similar to that of the push-pull transformer power adapter, except that the excitation mode of the transformer is slightly different from the access mode of the working power supply
Full bridge transformer
Full bridge transformer needs to use 4 power switch tubes to form full bridge, which is suitable for the construction of high power power adapter. Full bridge transformer power adapter, as with push-pull transformer power adapter, is equivalent to the output power of two power adapters at the same time due to the alternating operation of two sets of switches. The output power is approximately twice the output power of a single power adapter.
Push-pull transformer
Push-pull transformers use two alternating power switches to complete the power conversion. The rectifying output push-pull transformer power adapter, as the two switching tubes work alternately, is equivalent to the simultaneous output power of two power adapters, and the output power is approximately twice the output power of a single power adapter. The two switches of a push-pull power adapter have a common ground terminal, and the drive circuit is much simpler than that of a half-bridge or full-bridge power adapter.
Half-bridge LLC resonant transformer
A half-bridge LLC resonant transformer consists of a half-bridge, two resonant inductors and one resonant capacitor. It is a kind of frequency conversion converter, whose voltage stabilizing principle is that when the output voltage rises, the output voltage tends to be stable by reducing the working frequency and voltage gain. Resonant type transformer is an electronic product of industrial supplies.
